"The pools were nice and the waterslides were all open during our stay. During a prior stay some of the waterslides were not working. Also the gym is extremely outdated. "

"Our one-night stay was great! When we first walked into the room, I went into the bathroom (the door was closed) and there was a weird musty smell and what looked like mold in the shower. I brought it up to the front staff on our way out and she said they would get on that right away. Other than that, we had no complaints!!"

"Booked a room with a capacity of 8 and it had three bath towels and less than two rolls of toilet paper. Hairs in bathroom and jacuzzi. Toddler slide has been closed at the waterpark for years. One pool was closed which was not indicated when I booked the room. Quiet hours are not enforced at all. Way too many chemicals in the hot tub."
