I love this place i always come with all my family a group of 21 with kids included and they always try to put us together or nearby eachother which i think is very kind of them. I will keep coming here and the lobby smells amazing!

Just be mindful to input all the guests staying so you will not be charged additional fees. Also, Noah's Ark Waterpark passes is included in the stay so it was very good.

Our in room jacuzzi did not fill properly the first night and it took most of the final day of our stay to get the leaky drain plug fixed. The bed was very comfortable. The decor felt dated to us. We won't return.

I loved the location! Staff is helpful, a lot of things to do close by. Only bummer is that you aren’t allowed in your room until after 4pm. You check in at 1030. And have to wait or do stuff without a room to go into. Room was finally ready around 410pm.

Staff was friendly and helpful, when they finally acknowledged you. Stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes with the staff member walking back and forth through the area, but they didn't even acknowledge us. Property was not clean (especially the hallways and stairways). I had to go to the front desk to ask for shampoo/conditioner because there was none in the room. The front desk staff nearly called me a liar and it took quite a bit of coaxing to get her to give us a packet of shampoo for each person in the room. Also, quite a bit of 'riff raff' showed up after bar close and there were people fighting in the hallway. Woke up to a smashed beer can outside our door. The pool area was okay, but more suitable for younger children. The water park was geared toward toddlers.

Room 126 phone didn't not work also had to walk to front desk every time i needed something my stay was for three days had to go to front desk for two days to get room clean,phone to work for my room talk to three different staff member finally talk to a supervisor this location staff members do not communicate my advice check your room before you check in

We had a great stay! The pool water temperatures were perfect for our young kids and the area was very clean. The rooms are outdated but were still clean, it was great to take our young kids to for the night and have an area judt for them with a hot tub for the adults to watch them directly.

This is my family’s go to hotel in Wi Dells. We also always rent the room with a large jet tub in the room due to being able to “swim” after hours🙂 (It also has led lights and Bluetooth in the jetted tub as well) The staff are pretty friendly and make an easy smooth check in as well as check out process. I love that we also get tickets to Noah’s arc with our stay every time! (Whirl pool room or not, you still get the tickets!) 10/10 highly recommended

I was traveling with my spouse, 6 year old, and 2 year old. The pools and slides were amazing. So nice to have access to so many options down the hall from our room. The entry is the most modern part of the hotel with a balcony that has a cafeteria. It was closed the entire time we were there. Not that we were expecting breakfast, but it would have been nice to have access so that we didn’t have to eat our meals in our room. The room we had was very dated. There were 3 lights in the main area and no ceiling fan. One tiny can light by the window, back lighting on the bed, and the vanity light. There’s no lamps. The fridge smelled a little funky. The carpeting always felt wet, even when we arrived. There also were flies, but that might just be a time of year thing in this area. I don’t think we’d stay here again, bc we’d prefer something a little more updated.
