"Our guest room is in Annex building, which was flooded a few days before we came. The service crew were pumping the water from the flooded basement all day long, making loud noise. No elevator available for that reason too. The parking lot is rather small. Each car parking space is very small too. You will have a hard time to park a large vehicle. No everyday service, but you can ask for fresh towel"

"Great property, they were sold out so we couldn't get an extra pillow or a fan and it was hot. But the property is beautiful, and nicely maintained, front desk very sweet and helpful. One complaint the restaurant had poor customer service , the manager seemed annoyed , and it wasn't a very friendly experience both times."

"The hotel is in a nice quiet location outside of downtown. It's easy to get to town with bikes or driving to the free parking train station. Staff were always very helpful with advice. Additionally the free use of bikes, bear spray, etc are very convenient."

"While the location with view of mountains was nice when we arrived the sofa was all ripped and the bathroom had hairs on the floor and tub as well. TV would not work in that we could not watch Netflix or any other app as the tv has no connection. I went to reception and a young lady behind the counter was 0 help said i don’t really know what to do or say then said well i could get someone to look tomorrow this was the day i was checking out. "Beds and sofa beds were comfortable and the pillows also. The staff for the most part were very friendly. Rooms were quite small, but we only stayed 2 nights and it was fine for that. The Evergreen restaurant where we were sent for breakfast was really mediocre"

"The location was good. We were able to walk downtown and didn’t need to use a car. They also provided you with bus passes so you could take the bus downtown. There’s only one air-conditioning in the living room area and none in the bedroom so you need to leave the bedroom doors open in order to get air-conditioned into the back rooms.
