Great value, but under construction

The two story apartment with a washer dryer was exactly was I needed in the middle of a long trip. The furnishings were nice, the room was spacious, and it was walkable to many great spots in Canggu

Very nice apartment in a good location. Has everything you'd expect, including a washer and a dryer. Breakfast was also good. Only one warning; if you are looking for a view from your apt. avoid 1st floor. Looking straight into a concrete wall.

The service was quite average, arranged months prior to check in extra beds for each room with confirmation they would do so, for us to turn up and it was 3 hours late to check in without the extra beds provided. Staff also failed to provide more then 1 towel or glass for each room before being requested to do so.

No washer dryer in my room, despite what was in the hotels.com website. Ground floor room offered no privacy. But a very nice hotel, just get a higher level floor.

The place is deteriorating really fast which makes no sense because it’s a new build. Cleaning is very poor, I got an appointment with leftover food in the fridge from previous guests and a broken bed.

Very central location yet quite through an alley way to the hotel apartment.New building. Part of the building still under construction but the noises are not bad. Yet they want you to sign a form that say you are aware of construction noise and agree not to complain. Which did not sign and agree. Breakfast and roof top facilities like breakfast, gym, swimming pool and lounging area very nice. Overall nice stay with friendly staff. The room floors are not mob and dirty ( only negative, all other positive)

Wifi issues, other wise great hotel

To be honest for the price, great value for Canggu. It’s a newly built hotel, the finishes could be better, e.g small dots of paint on the floor still. Finalising last of build exterior but no inconvenience. They had filtered water available free in room which is great saved having to buy daily. Only annoying this was the wifi. Kept dropping in and out. They gave me booster for my room but still was poor. I used my data mostly. Fix that and I would stay again

The building was still under active construction, resulting in significant noise, dust, and most facilities being unavailable. The “balcony with a view” was in fact facing a concrete wall. The apartment had a persistent sewage smell and was unsanitary. The manager was unhelpful and did not accommodate any of our needs. I wouldn’t recommend this place

I ended up with terrible health issues from their bedding cleanliness and there was construction on all three sides of the property which continued on throughout the night and also early morning.

Property is a convenient 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and cafes and shopping all around. It has an on-site rooftop restaurant/bar with excellent food/drinks, rooftop pool (although no shade/umbrellas), gym, separate rooftop lounge area with shade (very spacious!), excellent staff…unfortunately not all rooms have washing machines-there was only one washer on my floor in hallway…only some units have washers- this didn’t seem clear when I booked…inside my unit, material looked cheap- namely the floors and cabinets. There were no basic kitchen supplies like drying rack, dish soap or paper towels/napkins even though there was a kitchen with microwave, plates, cutlery, etc. There was construction going on across the way during the daytime fyi- although this didn’t bother me. All in all, I would give this place an 8 out of 10. Excellent staff but units are lacking in basic supplies and interior has cheap material.

Generell ein sehr gutes Hotel, wir haben ein zwei negative Punkte dafür aber auch einige positive Sachen zu nennen. Die Lage ist super gelegen, fussläufig kann man viele Lokale, coole Spots und das Meer gut erreichen. Der Pool auf dem Dach war total schön und ein absolutes Highlight. Das Restaurant hatte eine gute Auswahl und das Essen sah gut aus, allerdings haben wir selbst nicht dort gegessen sondern waren immer außerhalb essen. Die Preise waren nur geringfügig teurer als außerhalb und für unser empfinden total im Rahmen. Die Austattung der Zimmer war super, Klimaanlage, Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner, ein großer Fernseher und ein bequemes Bett waren vorhanden. Allerdings wirkte alles etwas billig, das Bett war wirklich bequem allerdings hatte man das Gefühl, dass es jeden Moment auseinander bricht wenn man mal etwas mehr darin macht als nur zu schlafen. Die Klimaanlage war schon ordentlich laut und der Wasserspender war nachts auch unerträglich laut weshalb ich ihn immer abgeschaltet habe. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind natürlich super gut, man kommt mit sauberen Klamotten nach Hause und ist dadurch echt entspannt. Das Badezimmer war zwar gut ausgestattet allerdings in einem echt beschissenen Zustand, auf den ersten Blick total schön aber genauer betrachtet, echt bescheiden. Die Toilette war undicht und wir hatten neben der Toilette permanent Wasser. Die Dusche war abenteuerlich, der Duschkopf fiel quasi auseinander und sorgte beim duschen für Überflutung des Zimmers.

Mooi appartement op ideale ligging in Canggu

Supermooi appartementen complex op een centrale ligging. Het enige nadeel was dat de WiFi heel slecht was. Signaal was zwak en viel constant weg, wat het onmogelijk maakte om vanuit de kamer te gaan werken.
