"Loved this place. Opposite BIC so not far to go home! Hotel great communication after I altered room set up. It was exactly as I'd asked. They were so friendly, particularly on reception. Lovely large clean windows with pier/sea view. Will definitely stay again when attending BIC. Only quibble, very little choice at breakfast. Not a lot of healthy food, no fruit and coffee was odd. Cooked food was good."

"Staff were lovely and welcoming. Room was basic but exactly as described. Pool area aas nice. Well located with a great view of the beach. "

"Clean rooms and staff were very helpful. The spa and bar were lovely. The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it. Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in. Our stay was very nice. "

"Clean room, with coffee and tea facilities in the room! Spa was clean, modern and great outdoor pool! Would definitely book again! Nice view of the seaside and close to the centre of Bournemouth. Only downside was the parking, as limited spaces best to get there early to get a spot. "

"Great food friendly staff but the down part I had a 10 day stay with a room with no wardrobe or dresser for my clothes so had to live out a suitcase for the stay not so good "

"Wonderful Family Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic two-night family break at the Cumberland Hotel. We booked a family room with a king-size bed and bunk beds, and used Tesco Clubcard points which was a great bonus. We arrived just before check-in, easily found parking, and were warmly welcomed. Although our room wasn’t quite ready, we were invited to use the outdoor pool – a real treat on a sunny day! The pool was clean, well-staffed, and perfect for families. Huge thanks to Ali and...
