The hotel is amazing, clean and safe place. The breakfast is wonderful, the best you can found in the town!!! A bit annoying the room because other guests in superior levels had not empathy to the others.

Gostamos bastante da estadia, a cama é superconfortável, o quarto sempre bem arrumado, o café da manhã delicioso e a recepção muito atenciosa. A localização também é excelente! Ótimo café da manhã

O Hotel é muito bom, boas instalações e um café da manhã excelente. Atendimento cordial, com destaque para o Everton que foi muito cordial e prestativo. Ele fez a diferença em nossa estadia - acendendo a lareira (que nos outros dias não foi acessa) e nos auxiliando no que foi preciso. O café é maravilhoso, mas não corresponde mais às fotos - agora é em sistema buffet. Escolhi o hotel por causa do café. As instalações são pequenas, o quarto apertado e falta algumas comodidades. Não tem espelho grande, nem suporte de papel higiênico, a tampa do vaso solto. Não tem alguns preciosismos de um hotel "boutique". As amenities também não são como nas fotos, bem restritas. Os mimos de hotel boutique devem ser oferecidos apenas para aptos superiores. Super condizente com o valor pago, mas apenas o café é de boutique. O resto, foi uma estada de uma ótima pousada.

Hotel foi bem solicito e cuidadosos com relação a alimentação sem gluten. O atendimento do café da manhã foi muito bom. Alguns pontos de melhoria: realizar a limpeza dos apartamentos até as 16:30, verificar telefone da recepção e do quarto que não funcionaram, puxador do box quadrado e manchas de mofo na parede.

O hotel é maravilhoso, os funcionários são atenciosos, educados, simpáticos, prestativos, a limpeza é impecável, sem falar dos aromatizadores de ambiente espalhados pelo hotel, cada detalhe pensando no bem estar do hospede. Excelente opção no centro de Canela. Passeios a pé na área central e ótimas oportunidades de comércio, cafés e restaurantes. Atendimento nota 10 de toda a equipe, principalmente da atendente Micaela.
