Beautiful property, has a lot of character, I loved the AC it was nice and cold, balcony was beautiful. However, no elevator only stairs (to carry out your bags). No offer for water and drinks. There is a lil shop you can buy some drinks.

I recently stayed at this property in Cancun and had a wonderful experience overall. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. While the property is located about a mile from the main Hotel Zone, it was still convenient enough to get around with a short drive or taxi ride. If you’re looking for something a little quieter and away from the hustle and bustle, this is a great option. There are also a few nice restaurants just down the street, offering good choices for a relaxing meal without having to head into the busy areas. Overall, it’s a great spot for a peaceful getaway with easy access to the excitement of Cancun when you want it!

This was our second time staying at this property, and we had a wonderful experience as before. Host James, his wife and rest of the staff were very welcoming and made us feel like family (we were traveling with our 4 yr old, the property is very kid and family friendly).
