"This was my wife and I first trip to the Cancun hotel district. Riu Ventura was amazing!! More or less brand new (fully renovated), inside and out. I will say, we are used to resorts classified 3-4 stars, and not in congested hotel zones. So it initially felt very different from what we were used ..."

"Great property!! Staff was excellent. We stayed in the Preferred club and out butlers Watzon and Hector were amazing. Beach area is a little small but it was still wonderful. Beach and pool staff was amazing. And the food was incredible!!"
