overall very good. Surprised that the front desk did not speak any English, but still the staff was very nice. Also surprised that there is no ticket or document when I handed them the keys to the rental car. Usually you get a ticket or something proving you handed them your keys for the car. Again, overall very nice and loved the short distance to the main streets.

Estrutura excelente, quarto bom e equipe simpática. Vale destacar algo pontual: o alarme de incêndio disparou aproximadamente às 3:30 e entendo que isso pode de fato acontecer. O problema foi a falta de informação na madrugada, pois não sabíamos o que estava acontecendo e qual comportamento adotar. Também vale a pena uma manutenção no banheiro do quarto, pois o botão da descarga estava solto e acabou caindo da parede. De qualquer forma recomendo o hotel, pois a localização é ótima e a estrutura também. .

Excelente estadia. Café da manhã bem variado; hotel bem pertinho da Villa Capivari. Dá para ir a pé. E ainda possui academia. Conseguimos treinar antes de tomar café para sair. Recepção muito boa, em especial a Jennifer que nos atendeu. Parabéns. Com certeza será um hotel que voltaremos a nos hospedar.

O quarto standard luxo é bom. Confortável. Pegamos um com uma vista bonita. O lado ruim é que se esquentar o quarto fica quente. Poderiam colocar pelo menos um ventilador de teto. O hotel é ótimo e muito bonito! O café da manhã é bom. Poucas opções não veganas. Poderiam pelo menos colocar mais um tipo de queijo. Gostamos muito. Nosso pet tbm foi muito bem tratado.
