Our room was on the first floor and it was incredibly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a great bathroom layout, plenty of storage, a mini fridge, and a safe. Truly nothing to complain about. The only small thing to mention — and this is really just a personal preference — is that the light in front of the building shines through the bathroom window at night, and there’s no curtain to block it. "Very easy check-in procedure. Good location in the old town with walking distance. A lot of restaurants just around the corner. Friendly staff that sent an email of recommended locations for breakfast/lunch/dinner. All in all, perfect for an overnight stay for a family. "

"Overall the hotel was good. I stayed for New Years night. Although the staff left early & I checked in late around 8:30 pm they were very communicative and their instructions were very detailed and helpful. It is very very close to the leaning tower of Pisa it was literally on the same street & a 5 minute walk. The only slight thing I didn't expect is the room was smaller than I thought (not that big of a deal). It was quite expensive but I believe cause it was New Years night. They did provide...
