Not really a "suburb" of Madrid, quite a run-down working town and very poor public transport. A few places to eat and drink that were above average quality and people very friendly. Parking nightmarish.

Courteous staff, great place to stay

A great central hotel in Madrid in the best location you can find with a really good price for the room for where it is. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and comfy. Staff were lovely and attentive when we needed them. Would highly ...

The staff were excellent. Check in was dealt with quickly and easily with the female receptionist thankfully speaking English. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped and clean. Location could not be faulted and very little noise for it being right on the Gran Via.
