"Location is very far away from Historic Madrid and tourist attractions. The apartment is very small compared to what was expected, the bedroom is small. We found ants in the bathroom. We had difficulty sleeping because of the sheer curtains, no blackout curtains or covering. The gym was sufficient and met our needs. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. Overall, we will not return to this location because it didn’t really meet our expectations or requirements except for the gym."

"Me gustó la ubicación y el precio no estuvo mal solo que la persona del check in tardó en llegar y estábamos cansados, el lugar es cómodo y un inconveniente es el baño compartido porque hay huéspedes desconsiderados que se quedan una hora encerrados en el baño"

"The young lady on reception was just so lovely, friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious and clean. The sofa was not particularly comfortable, likely due to it being a sofa bed. The bathroom door had expanded possibly due to getting wet from the shower? It meant the door stuck at the bottom and caused my husband to walk into the door handle resulting in a bruised abdomen! The curtains are a little challenging to close and would benefit from an electronic mechanism. Only thing missing...

"This was the perfect location for a concert we attended at the arena nearby. The only issue we had was the bedding didn’t have a comforter or blanket so we got a little cold. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and were very happy."

"The location was amazing, so close to everything I wanted to see, so many restaurants and such beautiful architecture everywhere. The apartment offered the used of a full modern kitchen and was very secure with an outside door key-fob lock, an apartment door key lock and a room door code lock. Check in time is fairly restricted since it isn’t a traditional hotel with a front desk, but the host was excellent with communication and showed me all the features and locks. And everything was very...
