"Decent good location. My experience was the building is going a through top to bottom renovation so shouting workers, power tools and hammering starts at 7:30 going all day. I also had a problem with a malfunctioning lock keeping me out of the apartment for a couple of hours, owner didn't pick up the phone which I had to borrow.
