"Bed Sheets stained with blood, room moved to had hairball in shower, coffee pot did not work, room not cleaned after first night, lack of communication from upper management, sliding glass door misrepresents you can have it open to hear ocean...I could go on but...."

"Very centrally located near airport and cruise terminal. Lots of eating places nearby. Big rooms, clean beyond expectations, no problem with leaving luggage in lobby for early check in or after late checkout. Easy walk to shopping. One caution, the attached Korean restaurant served up a mean fried whole chicken, undercooked, tough and stringy. Can't even bite into it or cut it with a knife. Instead, Go to Chinese noodle shop down the block, noodles to die for. Mahalo."

"Can't see paying for 2 bottles water,and coffee. Especially pool area hard for handicapped/disabled person.also paying for parking slot when don't have vehicle. Plus paying for extra person that not with you. ( that about $30 to $70 a day) paying for nothing."

"The small upper bathroom window should be covered with an opaque plastic sheet or some other material, rather than being left completely uncovered, especially when there are apartments across from it."

"I had a garden view room which would have been good but the entrance to the room is right next to the freeway. The traffic noise was horrible. The worst night sleep I have ever had in any hotel and I’ve stayed in many. Other rooms that don’t literally have a freeway practically on top of it are probably ok. Breakfast had a lot of choices."
