"The a/c didn’t work in the room. They came to try and fix it but couldn’t so had to control it from Reception during our stay! Breakfast seemed very expensive for a 4 star hotel."

"Room was clean and easy check in. However the air conditioning was terrible it did not keep the room cool it kept switching itself off until I asked and apparently auto kept it on but this also kept switching off. Even when it was on it didn't really do anything. We had to open the windows and this is a very busy area so was very loud with motorbikes in particularl. The noise would have been fine if it was possible to close the windows. Spa was closed which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel with no prior warning this would be the case."

"The staff at reception were very helpful. The hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was a disaster - the area was packed and it difficult to find a table, no matter what you were trying to get there was a queue or several people deep waiting, the place was noisy with tables very close together, I guess the staff were flustered because they were very short with requests for anything to the point of being rude. If you stay - don’t have the breakfast - breakfast is supposed to be relaxing - this was the opposite of that. "

"Not very comfortable - I have been in hostels before but usually there is a bit more privacy. Showers were tiny, no changing area. Also shower was freezing. Bathroom floors always wet. Online check in and code access is not as traveler friendly / you need roaming to get the code cause you need to ask for it on arrival over the phone. Staff is really nice and helpful. Clean, beds ok. They say the have baggage storage but they don’t."
