"I have stayed at this property consistently for the past 6 +years or so.
The staff has always been nothing but excellent. Parking is ample the rooms have always been clean and breakfast that is provided. Complementary has always been quite good.
I will be going back there again for my next stay in six weeks."

"The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud, so we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. However, the room became very cold in the middle of the night.
Also, the breakfast was not as described in the listing. It was far from a continental breakfast and overall felt very basic and below expectations."

"I was not allowed to check in on pretext my same ID that was used two prior times was not valid and money refund was denied, I was denied accommodation at other places due to personal comments of front desk Punjabi two people that I had never seen before, but both kelt claiming they knew me for years, which was weird , when I saw their faces for first time in my life. "I was extremely disappointed with this stay, especially for a Hyatt property and the price paid.
I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms. Before moving all of my belongings and my children, I specifically asked if the new room was the same one-bedroom layout I had paid for and told yes.
