"There is no elevator in this property. Navigating stairs with luggage is a challenge. The heat in my room was unable to be controlled, and it was extremely hot in the room. Even with air conditioning on and set on a low temperature, it was just tolerable. Nighttime temp was to be 25 degrees is why it was on heat. "The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well.
