We reserved a two night “non-refundable” stay here in July 2025. After checking in to room 9, we discovered: 1) the toilet wouldn’t flush, 2) the shower drain was clogged and pooled up, and 3) one of the sink’s faucet handles just fell off. After calling the front desk and asking for a different room or repairs to these issues, we were told that they couldn’t help us. After only 2 hours, we decided it was not an acceptable room for our family of 3, booked a new hotel, and checked out. Even though the Hotel Manager agreed that the room state was unacceptable, this property will not refund us for our stay, claiming it was a “non-refundable” booking. They failed to provide the facilities we paid for, yet still charged us even though we didn’t stay there. This establishment severely lacks integrity.
