"Very helpfull clean rooms comfortable beds security outside I had accident inside room and gentleman was helpfull and said don’t worry about the tub got full I didn’t see it had cap and water came out went on carpet lil and they were very helpfull and fix problem would recommend these place to anibody a lot restaurant around there also"

"The location here was amazing, and the staff was very sweet and accommodating. My only complaints were really about the cleanliness of the bathroom--being close to the beach, bathrooms here on the coast are prone to mold and mildew, and I think that the design of the hotel just lends itself to the bathrooms not being very well ventilated. It just felt a bit dated and that while the surface was being cleaned regularly, there was mold in the grout and along the edges of the bathroom. I also stayed on the first floor down the hall from the breakfast and there was a very rowdy group of men in the morning at 7am--I think if you are a light sleeper, just make sure to request to not be on the first floor and you'll be good."

"The room was spacious way beyond the needs of two people. It was clean. Not even the toothbrush is provided in the room. Do not expect any service in the room. The staff it’s not very helpful. it is one restaurant on the property and that is awfully expensive.On top of that I am being charged $272.96 over what should have been. Other than that, it was OK. Pay $600 a night for that poor service is not my idea of a resort."

"INFORME DE INCIDENTE Y QUEJA FORMAL POR CONDICIONES INSALUBRES DE LA HABITACIÓN Y SOLICITUD DE COMPENSACIÓN Calabasas, California 11 de junio de 2026 Señores GOOD NITE INN – CALABASAS Administración y Gerencia Asunto: Queja formal por condiciones insalubres de alojamiento y solicitud de revisión de compensación Yo, Jennifer Suescun Arcila, titular de la reserva y huésped de este establecimiento hotelero, me permito presentar formalmente la siguiente queja relacionada con los hechos ocurridos durante nuestra estadía, los cuales afectaron de manera significativa el bienestar, la tranquilidad y el disfrute de las vacaciones de mi familia. El día 10 de junio de 2026, aproximadamente a las 11:00 p.m., al regresar al hotel después de pasar el día fuera de las instalaciones, ingresamos a la habitación No. 222, asignada a nuestra familia. Cuando nos disponíamos a descansar, encontramos una cucaracha sobre la cama donde debía dormir nuestra hija menor de edad, situación que generó preocupación inmediata, incomodidad y angustia. Al intentar retirarla, el insecto se ocultó detrás de varios muebles de la habitación, obligándonos a moverlos para poder localizarlo.
