"The apartment is newly remodeled and in good condition. The bed is comfortable and the location was also very good. The low rating os 100% due to the poor communication. We received a message via Expedia asking us to check in online - with no link. They provided a WhatsApp number, which we texted and received no reply. We called and they helped us over the phone, but zero communication via WhatsApp, email it Expedia. Finally they emailed the check in info and when we arrived the front door...

"A great hotel situated a short walk from the historic Pisa Tower. Very comfortable air conditioned room and bathroom. The hotel is inside the ZTL so be sure to let the staff know if you arrive by car so they can register the trip (and avoid a fine). Then you will need to park outside the walls. Lots of options to eat nearby and breakfast is all you need."

"Manglet vejledning til kaffemaskine. Manglet nummer tiltags. Lå sletikke så centralt. Ingen personalet før kl. 8.00 om morgenen- ingen personaletvedankomst . Gammelt og slidt og dårlig nøgletal værelsedør. Vil slet ikke anbefale det. Hvis man lægger beløb til tavs oveni- kunne man bo på hotel med morgenmad ."
