She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. The hotel overall was very nice, we did have some plumbing issues with the shower draining properly but as soon as we reported it the hotel got it fixed right away. The rooms were well maintained and the staff was very friendly. "
