"Well run hotel with excellent helpful and responsive staff. Good breakfast with something for everyone - some cooked to order.Well appointed spotless spacious rooms with comfortable beds and balconies Free bikes available to use, quiet but close enough to centre of town plus nice grounds with pool. The rooms are sound insulated - did experience some noise from the corridor outside by thoughtless guests. Would recommend."

"Loved our stay here.... Very small boutique hotel, with the most amazing location!
The staff were the friendliest we met in our entire Vietnam trip - & English was really good! And their kids are totally cute!
Travelled with one teen, so in the family room which had plenty of room.
A few minor upgrades needed in the bedroom - (lamp shades were tatty), but overall it was a very cheap clean stay.
Lots of lovely cafes within walking distance.
Unfortunately the weather wasn't the greatest so we...

"This is a lovely place to stay. I had a ground floor suite near to the central courtyard which is where the outdoor pool is located.
The suite was more like having a little villa to myself - a spacious living / bedroom space with its own little front porch with a seat that was perfect for reading. Bathroom was sizeable too and had both bath and shower options (one indoor and another outdoor decked area for showering too)
Staff were attentive and welcoming throughout - a first class service...

"This is the third time we have stayed here and as ever was an enjoyable stay with very friendly staff. Perfectly placed halfway between the town and the beach overlooking a river meaning quieter at night although a cheap taxi ride or long walk to the old town. Several local restauraunts are nearby to eat in the evening if you want to avoid the busy old town."
