"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Stayed here in Jun/July 2026. The room was excellent and exactly as advertised and clean. Even through there was a busy street outside our window the windows kept the noise out and we could sleep well. The hotel had a great location that made everything in Sevilla easily walkable. The staff was always around and available if I had questions, requests etc. They were very friendly and attentive. I plan on visiting Sevilla again as it was a wonderful city and I will definitely stay at this...

"The aparthotel itself was a real win for our family. The room was generous, well laid out, and having the extra living space made a big difference over a standard hotel room. "A very pretty and welcoming hotel. It was very hot outside and we asked for a fan and they provided. Beds are comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The only things to note are that they provided only 2 toilet paper rolls for a two night stay, for three people. Also, the bathroom door is see through (glass). We had to put a bed sheet to cover it because you could see everything."
