"Für eine Nacht am Flughafen grundsätzlich okay. Bei unserer Ankunft um 1 Uhr nachts war der Hoteleingang leider sehr schlecht beleuchtet und wirkte entsprechend düster. Minuspunkte gibt es für das organisatorische Chaos beim Transfer: Uns wurde vorab zugesichert, dass das Hotel die Kosten für das Taxi (als Shuttle-Ersatz) übernimmt. Vor Ort wollte davon niemand etwas wissen. Wir mussten selbst zahlen, obwohl mir die schriftliche Zusage im Postfach vorlag. Insgesamt solide für einen kurzen...

"L’hotel est flambant neuf. Notre chambre était très très spacieuse et propre. Le personnel était très sympa et serviable. Je ne trouve aucun point négatif. Je recommande à 100 %."

"It's a typical all inclusive hotel with good amenities, clean rooms and excellent food options. But the most amazed me was the staff that I felt like I'm at home and very comfortable. I was here for Russian Singer Hanna concert and it was a good entertainment option too. Also I stayed in Terrace Suite with amazing view and everything was spotless. I would come here with family and friends for sure."

"This was our second stay at Akra Antalya, and we truly love this hotel. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the food is excellent both at the buffet and by the pool. A special thank you to Omar at the front desk for his professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. Fatihhan, our server by the pool, was also exceptional, always attentive and serving with a smile. There are a few areas that could be improved. Service at the beach was consistently slow, and we once waited 45...

"Unfortunately as a returning guest I didn’t feel very welcomed at all. The staff were very unhelpful and not once did I feel like I was looked after I sat for 30 minutes in the restaurant before anyone even come over to me to ask if I needed anything. I was let down a few times In the restaurant however most of the staff at the pool bar was lovely, it’s a shame I felt this way as the last time I was there the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating."

"Es war insgesamt in Ordnung. Schade war allerdings, dass die Küche nicht nutzbar war. Den Kühlschrank konnte man immerhin benutzen. Beim Frühstück wird man zwar satt, allerdings wäre etwas mehr Auswahl wünschenswert gewesen. Gefühlt flog alle fünf Minuten ein Flugzeug direkt über uns hinweg. Jedes Mal war es entsprechend laut. Wer in Ruhe schlafen möchte, ist hier daher eher nicht gut aufgehoben."

"Our stay at Xanadu Hotel in Belek was okay overall. The food was good, with a decent variety and good quality throughout our stay. The biggest downside was the language barrier. We found it very difficult to find basic English-speaking staff, which made it a struggle whenever we needed help or had questions. The rooms and facilities were quite basic, but everything was clean and functional. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"La struttura in se è ottima come il servizio di self check-in il brutto è stato entrare in un appartamento che puzzava di fumo in modo esagerato. Ritengo che se non è stato il personale che ha preparato l' appartamento fosse doveroso lasciarlo in standby e assegnarcene uno diverso. Passi per il divano letto non preparato....il letto sono abituato a prepararlo ma casa mia!!"

"The manager smoked at reception and at the pool. The room was never cleaned, just briefly tidied. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Water wasn’t provided daily and the staff struggled to communicate a common message. The gym was okay and so was the pool. The manager tried to scam us multiple times and they were not overly welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend the place as the staff try to exploit travelers."
