bueno de paso un problema me cambiaron de habitacion a mi hermana al llegal del concierto se la dieron y ya estaba ocupada otra familia hay y al abrir la puerta se encontro un tipo teniendo sexo desnudo me parece de lo ultimo que no sepan que esta ocupada donde se pago y se reservo esa habitacion y al abrir la puerta se encuentre con eso eso paso 25/10 al 26/10 en el turno de madugada al salir del concierto de shakira bueno del resto normal no eran las misma fotos que salia en internet de la habitacion eran un poco antiguas gracias

Cuartos estandar muy basicos sin nevera

Realmente los cuartos del 2do piso y 4to piso no cuentan con nevera no coinciden las imagenes de las habitaciones con la realidad. Deberian poner las fotos reales de los cuartos economicos o estandar.

Tuve muchos problemas con la persona encargada del ckeck in, no tenia clara la reserva y la información, mucha demora para organizar todo. Como es posible que no exista un solo tomacorriente en la habitación para conectar y poner a cargar un celular o un computador, el único tomacorriete disponible esta en el baño. Esto fue FATAL!!!

Mala experiencia

Se hizo la reserva para pago con tarjeta de crédito y al momento de pagar no la aceptaron. A parte de eso la gerente del hotel muy atrevida llama a quejarse del comentario, siendo una persona muy molesta y descortés.
