"Friendly staff, lots of parking"

"Easily the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The room had issues: no trash cans anywhere, the main light switch did not work, blood stains on the bed sheets, and an extremely noisy AC unit. Combined with neighboring units, it sounded like a large truck idling outside the window all night. The far more serious issue, however, was safety. During my stay, I was physically assaulted in the hallway by another individual who appeared to be staying at the hotel. Without provocation, he began...

"This is always my go to place to stay when flying out of Calgary. I love the convenience of being able to leave my vehicle (for much cheaper than airport rates). The shuttle to the airport is reliable, and consistent."

"The staff, from the room attendants to the kitchen, to the front desk were all very friendly and efficient. 24 hour coffee and tea (good coffee) and fresh baked cookies and fruit was a nice touch that I really enjoyed, when I needed a snack/beverage. Pool was warm! And clean. My bed was very comfortable. Super soft sheets. Spacious room and bathroom. No complaints. The location is great. Easy walk to the mall restaurants in nice weather.
