"Excellent customer service, with pleasant and accommodating staff who made the stay very comfortable. A nice surprise was the steam sauna feature in the shower. The hotel was very quiet, and parking was easy to find. For improvements, I would suggest a deeper cleaning of the carpets. I also found the inability to open windows to adjust the air a drawback, and improved ventilation would make a noticeable difference. overall, thank you for your hospitality. "
