"Due to several things. Very disappointed!! Food was good once we got it. At630am the pancakes were served...then 20 min later the eggs came. I was to have a shower tub unit and we checked in went to room and unpacked then we saw we had it no tub shower unit my wife is handicapped and loses balance I did complain but girl said they had 1 only always. Said it very hard to get with just 1. Bummer...wife ended up not bathing. The pool I thought was heated nope freezing even outside."

"I started out with a room that had no shower curtain. I told the front desk and she said that they would bring one or change rooms . An hour later, no one had come so I went back to the office. She changed rooms but the urine odor in the room was so putrid that I couldn’t stay in it. I got changed to a third room and when I got in the shower this morning, there were roaches in the tub. Not a great stay."

"The side of both beds had obvious signs of fluid stains and something dried and thick on top of the stain. Gross!!! The cord of the hair dryer was caked in dirt/filth. "

"This Hotel is amazing and so are the staff! My car broke down on a business trip and was stranded at the hotel for days and Brad was kind, courteous and prompt… check in was a breeze I was constantly ask if I needed anything… the amenities are amazing breakfast was delicious, a clean pool and facilities "

"Staff were so kind. We only stayed one night because we were just passing through. Overall clean. No issues. "

"Our first room that was given to us was not even supposed to be rented out so it was gross from work being done. The staff was helpful and switched our room for us. Not the nicest place but it was ok."

"The room smelled like mildew for the first 24 hours until I kept the air conditioning on mostly full blast. There was a strange stain/peeling in the shower right near the drain. Paint was sloppy and peeling in multiple places. Everything seemed a little dark and dim, especially for the price. The location was nice, and the staff were really friendly, but the state of the property was not worth the price at all."
