As piscinas não foram limpas o final de semana inteiro. Ficávamos observando do nosso andar que era de frente. No último dia estava muito suja, com gordura nas bordas. Os elevadores são sempre cheios e demora muito pra conseguir descer mesmo em final de semana que não era feriado.

Apartamento bem sujo, parades precisando de reforma e pintura.. colchões bem velhos , microondas não funciona, falta utensílios na cozinha, não tem onde pendurar roupas pra secar .. seria o minimo numa cidade onde se molha todo dia.. Filas nos elevadores toda hora..

Porções e bebidas muito caras em relação a quantidade e qualidade. O hotel possui muito quartos e poucos elevadores para atender a quantidade de pessoas. Há piscinas no hotel que podem atender a família, mas você só ficando no hotel não lhe dá acesso aos outros parques aquáticos, mesmo que sejam da mesma rede, ou seja, para acessar outros parques você tem que adquirir os ingressos. O quarto em que estava não tive nenhum problema, havia alguns copos, talheres, leiteira, travesseiros, um colchão de solteiro extra, lençol e sabonete para banheiro. A única sugestão que pediria, seria um espaço mais amplo para troca de roupas próximo as piscinas e melhorar a limpeza das piscinas e dos quartos. Creio que pela quantidade de pessoas podem exigir dos funcionários uma menor quantidade de tempo gasto para limpá-los completamente.

O apto é bom, bem localizado, mas falta utensílios

POSITIVO: A localização é ótima. O apartamento é confortável e a vista é bacana. O colchão da cama de "casal" (2 solteiros juntas) é confortável e o chuveiro é ótimo. As piscinas do parque aquático são muito boas. NEGATIVO: O sofá-cama é bem desconfortável. O frigobar não cheirava bem. Não tem pratos, talheres, panelas e copos no apartamento, ou seja, tem cozinha, mas não tem utensílios. Havia apenas 1 tapete no banheiro e muito sujo e fedido. As colchas da cama estavam sujas guardadas dentro do guarda-roupas. O sinal da TV era ruim, mas dava pra assitir.

hotel próximo do centro. Não tive uma boa experiência no hotel, uma vez que quando fiz a reserva não fui informada que era uma propriedade particular e quando fui fazer o checkin uma funcionário sem educação foi bem grossa e não queria fazer o checkin pra mim porque disse que eu não tinha recebido uma autorização. Eu só acho que é o nome do hotel que está em jogo e não do proprietário.

Achei um atendimento ruim da recepção e do bar. Falta de opções de comidas e bebidas no bar, drinks.. Faltavam as frutas para fazer os drinks e era tudo muito caro. Precisava ter uns shows ou bandas nas áreas da piscina a noite.
