O hotel é ótimo, acesso fácil ao Hot Park. Tem uma piscina agradável. Os quartos são pequenos, mas satisfatório. Tudo bem novinho e limpo. A brinquedoteca não tem muitos atrativos, acredito que pra criança, ainda seja a melhor opção se hospedar no Pousada. Destaque para o atendimento, todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. Pra mim o ponto negativo foi a comida. Nossa reserva incluía café da manhã e almoço e aparentemente tudo é perfeito, de variedade e beleza, até vc provar. Nada com sabor e tudo ressecado. Todos os pães e bolos duros e ressecado. Acho que refrigeram tudo e servem no dia seguinte. O café é servido na mesa em cafeteiras, mas é imbebivel! Gosto de pő velho e café queimado. E o de máquina cobram a parte. Sei que não é fácil fazer comida para muita gente, mas pequenos detalhes poderiam ser melhorados. Não tem nada melhor (e mais simples) que um bolo fofinho e um café fresquinho.

Confortável, mas com sérios problemas de custo-ben

Estive hospedado recentemente e, embora as acomodações sejam confortáveis (ainda que pequenas), a experiência como um todo ficou bastante aquém do esperado — especialmente se compararmos com resorts do mesmo porte. O jantar não está incluso na diária, o que já é um ponto fora da curva para esse tipo de hospedagem. Essa prática está em desuso porque frustra o cliente: você se organiza para uma viagem e acaba surpreendido com custos extras. Além disso, os valores cobrados por itens simples, como sorvete, cerveja e porções, são extremamente elevados — superiores, inclusive, aos praticados em resorts mais sofisticados de São Paulo. A título de comparação: hotéis como o Bourbon Atibaia e o Tauá oferecem pensão completa, comida excelente com chefs internacionais e preços justos mesmo nos itens à parte. Lá, você percebe que o objetivo é entregar uma boa experiência ao hóspede — aqui, infelizmente, a impressão é de exploração. Um exemplo simbólico: no jantar temático italiano, a pizza era feita com massa de mercado. Será mesmo que não seria possível ter um pizzaiolo de verdade e uma massa artesanal? Faltou cuidado, capricho e respeito pela proposta anunciada. Resumindo: o custo-benefício é ruim. Não se trata de poder pagar, mas de pagar por algo que entregue valor real. E, nesse ponto, a experiência decepciona. O único destaque positivo vai para a equipe de funcionários, que foi extremamente cordial e atenciosa durante toda a estadia.

Hotel limpo, comida boa, próximo dos parques. No entanto, muitas coisas são cobradas à parte, como toalhas de banho, o que já poderia estar incluso na estadia. O ambiente do jantar poderia ser mais intimista e com opções de lanches e mais pratos dentro do restaurante também.

Foi nossa segunda vez no resort, a estrutura é ótima, os parques estão a poucos metros de distância e proporcionam muita diversão. A gastronomia impecável, comidas variadas e saborosas, ganhei 3 KG em uma semana. O check in é confuso e demorado, quase estressante, cheguei no domingo no único voo do dia, metade do avião foi para o mesmo hotel e o resultado é fila no check in. O preço dentro do resort é abusivo e desrespeitoso. Uma dica é tirar os 10% na hora do pagamento, eles cobram sobre tudo.

Sopa de gente

O lugar seria para ser um paraíso. Águas quentes e naturais, correntes, distribuídas em piscinas de pedras fazem pensarmos em luxo e comodidade. A verdade é que as piscinas são verdadeiras sopas de gente! Muitossss hóspedes para o espaço fazem esse resort de “luxo” virar um piscinão de farofa. Um lugar tão especial se perde em meio a uma má administração. Pagamos caro para nos sentirmos em meio a um cardume humano. Além disso, a limpeza eh bem questionável. Hoje pela manhã, quando chegue na piscina bem cedo para conseguir nadar antes da multidão, vi a limpeza sento feita com um aparelho de sopro que soprava as filas e o lixo da beira das piscinas para DENTRO das piscinas! Seriooooo! Quiseram nos cobrar as toalhas (oiiiii) e as bebidas caríssimas. A comida foi boa e fomos bem atendidos. Um recado ao grupo: não estraguem esse lugar tão lindo e especial.

Resort somente por conta do tamanho do hotel.

Estadia na média de um hotel 4 estrelas, apesar de ter o nome resorts ele peca em alguns pontos até mesmo pelo preciso da diária. Dizem que tem serviço de quarto, mas você nunca consegue pedir, então vc tem que descer e ir no bar fazer seu pedido e pedir para que entreguem no seu quarto. O Wi-Fi ele cai bastante ao menos no quarto, fui com a família, mas estava trabalhando e tive que usar na maior parte do tempo o 5g do celular. O café da manhã é o almoço são de boa qualidade, mas peca por não ter opção de sobremesa s lactose, então se a pessoa não poder comer derivados ela só tem a opção de comer frutas. Os funcionários são sempre educados e quanto a isso não tive problemas. A noite no bar percebi poucos funcionários e como consequência sobrecarrega de trabalho para os funcionários e demora nos pedidos é mais uma vez repito para o valor da diária deveria ter mais funcionários .

O lugar é muito bom e bonito. Diversão garantida mas o hotel pelo valor pago deixa a desejar. Atendimento não muito eficiente em caso de necessidade pois tive problemas com ar condicionado do quarto e precisou de falar algumas vezes até ter o problema com alguma solução.

The staff were not properly trained. I was confronted and stopped while inside the resort van, by 2 security people. They did not have name tags and refused to let me know reason of confrontation. My phone stolen by hotel employee. Hotel management did not rectify my pain and suffering. Very disappointed with this hotel overall treatment of guests. I would never recommend it to any of my friends. I would never go back.

Oportunidade de melhorias

Foi excelente a estada, salvo alguns pontos, sendo: Acho que precisa melhorar a sinalização, pois se encontra o mapa do complexo, porém não há sinal indicando onde você está. Em um dos dias, fomos andar de quadriciclo e não encontramos sinalização onde era o local. Perguntamos para 2 funcionários dentro do hot park e nos ensinaram errado. Fizemos o checkout as 10hs, porém o nosso voo de Caldas Novas para Campinas era somente as 16h05. Aí contratamos o almoço, que seria a partir das 12h30. Quis tomar um café, porém aí tive que abrir nova conta, quando na verdade nessa situação, poderia ser aceito cartão de débito ou de crédito no bar. Você as vezes deixa de consumir por essa questão.

A Rio quentes é otima a 45 anos. A unica reclamacao é o preco dos alimentos e refrigerantes, agua nos restaurantes. Nao e iste razao nenhuma de se cobrar 3 vezes mais que em qualquer loja ou restaurante. Isso faz o hospede se sentir lesado por 8,90 uma agua. Precisam entender que todos consumiriam mais se o preco fosse razoavel. Ja fiquei em todos hoteis deles e desta vez no turismo. Estao bem cuidados, os quartos com split estao bons. A praia do serrado estava lotada demais oque surpreende por estar com capacidade resuzida por causa da pandemia
