Fiquei muito triste ,já no chekin ,recepcionista muito educado e atencioso ,não encontrou minha reserva ,minha mulher tem ansiedade ,demorou quase uma hora para efetuar o chekin pois não encontraram minha reserva tive que ligar na ABD turismo .qd chegamos no AP. não tinha um copo se quer para tomar água ,sem talheres sem pratos e na foto do AP mostra uma geladeira grande qd chegamos o que tinha era um frigobar 😱 já venho a caldas dias vezes ao ano mas essa estadia foi com certeza a mais frustante de todas .não recomendo .

Dá pro gasto, mas o 5 é melhor !

Quarto satisfatório, porém peca na limpeza. A empresa que intermediou a reserva é horrível, não presta informações, colaboradores grosseiros... sou PCD e em nenhum momento perguntaram sobre isso, meu quarto era bem distante da entrada do clube. Obs- quarto não possui eletrodomésticos e itens de cozinha. Laqua 1, quarto 121 D!

Ruim, vc não tem paz no hotel a td momento é abordado por um vendedor que deseja te empurrar uma cota do local, extremamente "chato". Piscinas sempre lotadas, toboáguas com filas imensas.
