"Stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday. Our suite was spacious and clean. All of the staff were very professional and willing to assist with our requests. We are planning to come here for our next family vacation! Unfortunately due to weather, the outside pool was closed the first day. The girls were still able to swim indoors. They have a wonderful shuttle that takes you to the beach area that is set aside for Grande Dune guests. Additionally, they offer valet parking. Just a great place...

"The staff and the breakfast were great! Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in (after 4) but the staff made sure to put us in another room right away so we didn’t have to wait. The elevators were a hassle, and our tub wouldn’t drain. When we called for service, however, they came within minutes to take.l care of it for us. The pools and the beach access were very clean and easy to navigate. Besides the price, we were overall happy with the experience!"

"To start off i felt like the receptionist staff didn't feel like talking, they dont greet you well they have attitudes it seems like they dont want to work. Another thing the elevators would no work it would take a long time to open and close the elevators would smell nasty and dirty. The elevators number lights would go off let's say I press the number 4 you wouldn't know if you pressed it or not or if I pressed number 4 it would go to the number 3 ."

"We stayed here for a quick weekend trip on our way back from FL to VA. It got the job done and was overall quiet and safe, which is ultimately the most important feature. Our 13 and 16 year old enjoyed the pools, arcade and Cannonballz restaurant. We got a few drinks which were also yummy. The resort itself is a bit dated (they were doing some reno so the indoor pool and a few other things were closed) and the rooms are also dated, need TLC, which in turn make them feel dirty.
