"I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos and glowing descriptions on their website – what a mistake. The reality was a completely different story. The pictures showed clean,very neat room. but what I walked into was outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly felt dirty moldy place. "i booked in hotels.com but when we were about to check in they cant see our booking. 1 of our booking was seen in expedia.com. i showed them the confirmation receipts, bank details of payment and they gave us a room. staffs are accommodating"
