"Spent 5 nights at Palacio as a couple. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel given the location, the room, and especially the service. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful as they helped us plan several dinner reservations and a day at the beach club (which was amazing). "Lovely and clean. Molton brown toiletries in the room. Spa area. Great view from rooftop and at breakfast. Pool area turns into a bar in the evening. Would definitely stay again. Bed was massive. TV had English channels (BBC and ITV plus kids channels) which was good as a solo traveller. No apps on the TV- it did have screen sharing for Apple and android but some of my apps like prime etc wouldn’t cast as it could tell the software was not in the UK.
