Cairo Plaza is a very practical hotel. The room was arranged in a way that made me feel comfortable. The internet was fast, and the minibar helped me keep water cold and store food all day. Its location is excellent for anyone wanting to explore downtown.

My experience at Cairo Plaza was a combination of comfort and simplicity. The hotel is very close to Tahrir Square, so I could move easily anywhere. The lobby smells very sweet, and the room is tastefully furnished. Breakfast on the balcony was one of the most beautiful moments, especially with the morning breeze. The crew is very friendly, I felt that they really like their work. I will definitely return when I visit Cairo.

Disappointing experience overall. The photos shown online do not reflect the current condition of the hotel. The front picture is misleading, and in reality the reception and rooms are old, poorly maintained, and in bad condition. This is not a quality hotel suitable for hosting international travelers who expect basic comfort and cleanliness. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were polite, kind, and tried their best to help. Unfortunately, this alone does not make up for the overall condition of the property. The breakfast was also very poor in quality and limited in options. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant renovations and improvements are made

I’m landing 2 am go with taxi to the hotel horrible street nobody there no reception maybe the hotel is top floor no idea little open door no elevator little light and no body if you try to call nobody answer we have to go and find another hotel. The look abandoned building. Don’t go there

Try to use a blanket from the closet. It was the most stinky, discussing piece of fabric I ever encountered. Everything looks old and dirty. The staff led me to my room, but I carried my own bags, which I don't mind; however, that was apparently enough to expect a tip.

The room was horrible, no TV, no room service, no elevator, . Staff was working in maintenance all the time , AC cables were exposed. WiFi wasn’t functioning properly. It was hard to find the Hotel. The address it’s not clear and nobody answered the phone. I don’t recommend this place.

A very bad hotel . I have booked to reach at 11 am . The hotel was not able to avail the room till 7 pm . They kept buying time . I was frustrated and exhausted and did not check in . Staff was very argumentative and not telling the truth about room availability . Each time we ask they give different answer . They have kept me and my wife waiting for more than eight hours . I have raised a complain with Expedia agent and asked for total refund the same day of arrival . They did not answer the Expedia agent call . Not recommended as I also noticed that many guests complained about the cleanliness of the rooms . The hotel is in first floor with no lift . It has many storage area under it and may block access in case of fire . I don’t recommend it at all.
