"Our stay was better than expected and we were very happy. The staff was kind and helpful. Check-in instructions were sent ahead of time and the actual process went very quickly. We arrived early and staff held our luggage until our room was ready. Our rooms were very quiet, clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the laundry facilities one night, which were available all night and much appreciated. Housekeeping was efficient and maintenance offered to fix a squeaky door for us. "A wonderful, airy and well kept apartment. It’s right in the middle of Edinburgh and a stones throw from the National Gallery. Shops are round the corner of all varieties. Restaurants, coffee shops to choose between. It was the ideal place to stay. "

"Great location - close to Waverly and a short walk to the main sights while being far enough away to be quiet. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding blocks as well as a Boots for any quick pick up needs. The hotel was beautiful, well equipped, and the staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay again if we are in Edinburgh."
