"Aside from the resort the beach and water on Grace Bay is absolutely gorgeous. The island dining was extremely pricey but the quality and diversity of the cuisine was outstanding. As for the resort, it’s a bit dated. Some furniture was worn and from the 1980’s - 1990’s. The resort is clean and somewhat dated amenities well maintained. The pool appeared nice but you cannot get near it as guests wake up early, before 7am, and “run” to the pool to save pool seating by placing pool towels and their belongings on the chairs - classless behavior for what is marketed as a high end resort experience."

"This place is really great. There's a complimentary beach shuttle that takes you to the beach and you can QR code your drink orders which they can deliver to you. Bike rentals (which are also complimentary) are also excellent. Staff will help you answer any questions you have about local places to visit. They will also book taxis for you if you request it. Place is very well kept and clean and can't stress enough how friendly the staff were. The only thing to note is that when you are coming back from the beach, if a shuttle isn't waiting nearby you will have to walk back (which isn't a long walk but after a long day of swimming it can feel tiring). You also need a cab or bike if you want to try local foods instead of just hotel food. For some reason the washrooms don't have vents so if you take a long hot shower and open your washroom door, the steam can set off the fire alarm which goes off for a few seconds, then stops, followed by staff coming by to check that everything is okay. Staff are super friendly so it is not too much of a hassle but it does stay on your mind if you take long showers."

"Great overall resort with an awesome staff. The resort is very welcoming and the room i stayed in was spacious enough. The view of the beach and the set up of the beach chair was perfect. The staff members were friendly and made us feel right at home. Only criticism is the lack of premium alcohol beverage and the breakfast could’ve been better. Overall had a great experience and highly recommend it. "
