"Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas. "The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our kids. Everything was clean and as it should be if a little outdated. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and garden were a real plus for the kids. Our waiter was especially wonderful at dinner and breakfast I wish i remembered his name. Great value for the price. "

We have left other resorts to stay here because the service and amenities are just better. They really make you feel comfortable."

"I hate giving negative reviews but this was not a nice experience. Although the staff were very nice and friendly, the website pictures do not show the age and disrepair of this property. There is a continual smell of sulphur outside that comes in your room if you open the windows for fresh air. The place has not been updated I think since the 1950’s. The town is similar unfortunately with disrepair everywhere. "

"The hotel was lovely, but it’s NOT a spa. There are no spa facilities. If this is the reason for choosing this hotel, you will be disappointed. It’s a long way to Naples as well. On the other hand, the rooms are pleasant, the breakfast was fine, the staff were helpful and there are some lovely restaurants nearby. You may want a car, as it isn’t really a hugely walkable area."
