"Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and truly seemed to care about our experience. The property was clean as was the room. We had one slight issue with the bathroom, and it was addressed immediately. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The pool was freezing cold because the heater was not working. The sign that told it was not working looked very old. The walls by the hot tub, lounge chairs, etc were covered in black mold. The carpet in the hallways was ripped almost everywhere you looked. The hotel needs a lot of updates. We usually always choose a Holiday Inn Express, but this one was not good.
