"Building is well used and construction materials and tool in various locations for possible remodel and upgrades. Lighting in the room was lacking due to bulbs needing replaced. Coffee appliance contained sheet rock dust and unusable. After the construction is completed im sure it will be a positive fit the facility."

"These cabins have a lot of charm and warmth to them. Newly remodeled, next to the burger bar, and great relocation just off I-20. We caught live music by the pool on a Friday night - can’t get that for the price anywhere else!"

"Me and my son stayed overnight on 6/13/26 for a baseball tournament. It was a great room at a fantastic price. I couldn’t get my tv to work, and two employees came right away to fix it. One of them made it back to my room from the office to help before I did! It has recently been remodeled and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Almost everything in the room was brand new! All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Don’t skip over this hotel if you’re looking in Graham."

"Unit is old and there were roaches in the room. Bedsheet were old and felt damp or maybe it's the humidity, i don't know. Pillows were old as well. Toilet flush was coming off, had to insert it back in to be able to flush it. Towels didn't feel clean as well."

It was my boyfriend and I and here is my list of the pros and cons of this place.Cons:There was only a bigger fridge than most hotels and a microwave but no coffee maker or iron. Upon entering,we were over taken by the smell of rank cigarette smell. The floors were wet so we assumed they had just mopped. Turning on the ac, they started to dry. 20 mins later, the floors were wet again. We wiped it with a towel and the white towel became black. Very...

"This location and house are so excellent that it makes the trip. This place is so luxurious that this may as well be the object of our trip. It runs right next to the river, and enables a family to play, relax and explore for hours. We also enjoyed the games, the amenities and the location itself. It is a minor distance away from neighbors and the town, just far enough away for privacy and a feeling of exclusivity. We were so blessed to rent this place, as it was also an excellent Midway point...
