In hindsight we should have requested to change rooms to the back of the hotel but we had unpacked and settled...

"Where do I even begin? LOL! The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and constantly checking in to make sure you were okay. Whether it was morning, afternoon, or evening, they always greeted you with a smile. The staff was truly superb!
The hotel grounds were clean and beautiful, and we had no complaints. The only minor issue was that the mattress was a little lumpy, but it was no big deal and certainly didn’t affect our overall experience.

"Great location with wonderful staff and very nice rooms. A nice breakfast on the roof overlooking the Bosphorus, which was incredible. Hotel also has a dinner restaurant on the roof. Easy walk to Hagia Sophia and the blue mosque, and about 10-15 minutes walk from metro transit. Staff were extremely helpful with my stay including transferring my bags between rooms and helping with a very early checkout. Pool, sauna, and steam room were great. The truly only thing I did not like was the massage at...

"The Hotel ran out of tourist map. Not the best start for a tourist not speaking Turkish. We were assigned a room that has drainage issue with the shower bath tub. Our shower took longer than usual bcos we had to pause the showering water to avoid flooding the bathroom. Still, the bathroom floor was very wet after. We requested for a change of room & they responded quickly & changed our room after breakfast the next morning. Other than this blemish, other aspect of the hotel was fine.
