"Best part of the Resort was the service, it’s excellent. All the staff especially the waiters are very helpful. It doesn’t matter if you tip or not the service is same. The entertainment team lead be blanca is awesome too. Isela in the Vela restaurant was very kind. Jogre at the pool, arashi on the sky bar. They all made our stay excellent."
