"I found a cockroach in the bathroom, they argued it was the climate and that are part of the environment in that zone, then they offer a “deep cleaning” of the room. Carpets are awfull too."

"The staff were very welcoming, the lobby was very clean and updated it didn’t prepare you for the room. I was not expecting for it to be so warped (the headboards) and the sheets had stains on them so I shared the bed with my daughter despite having booked a double. Overall the hotel was just mediocre."
