"Love it! Staff very friendly knowledgeable of surrounding areas Rooms were very spacious comfortable clean. Loved the convenience walk to bus shuttle to arc encounter. Food was good fruits were fresh and surprisingly coffee was good! Overall great stay 100% recommend "

"Our floor was dirty; the freezer had so much ice you could not get anything inside. The lady at the desk was not very friendly. When we went to turn the key in, we had some questions and no one was there. We rang the bell, but no one came out. We just left the key in the basket and left. Would not use them again."

"Room: missing thermostat, A/C unit in the room smelled funny and made noised when it was running. The Smart TV wasn't a smart tv but only a hospitality TV. Because of the unsecured network, we could only watch live TV and couldn't even connect to our own hotspot to use the Smart options on the TV. Food options: The Fifth restaurant was only open for breakfast and then sporadically for dinner even though it had a lunch and dinner menu. There were no options to eat there except for breakfast. The Eighteen Rotating Restaurant was an option but was seemingly expensive and needed reservations. Staff: Front desk took all of our concerns but didn't seem to work on the Thermostat and A/C issue we told them about. However, there were very good about switching our room when the door of the first room we had wouldn't close. "
