"Nice room and very good breakfast buffet. I liked the coin operated laundry. But the hotel has some draw backs. The check in desk is on the 5th floor, but the lobby is on the 1st. It is unstaffed, with escalators out of service, so the guest has to find the elevators and figure out where to go to check in. It should have a sign up front to direct to the right floor. "The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The room had a wonderful sea/bridge view and both room and bathroom were spacious. The bathroom has a nice standalone bath which we used with hotel supplied bath salts. The bed was super comfortable and comforter/sheet were nice too. We appreciated a large safe as well. We initially had a concern about the location but it was a quick taxi ride from jagalchi market (6800 won) and close to the songdo beach/cable car/restaurants. There is a newly...
