Certain things unavailable for breakfast but overall very nice and the coffee from the machine was great. Clean room. Great bathroom and they gave us a room specifically with a bath which was lovely of them. Lovely grounds and very good parking which is free. 20 minute walk to town. I’d definitely stay again.

Convenient location and easy access, room comfortable and clean. Reception changed our rooms to ground floor on request at arrival, as allocated rooms were not easily accessed, lots of stairs up and down and corridors. Breakfast ok on Saturday but not very hot, tea and coffee machine dispensing very weak and tasteless coffee and tea. Parking good, but quite along waln to reception.

Dragonfly hotel visit

Comfortable well located hotel. Easy walking access to Bury St Edmunds. Food (breakfast and evening meal) was quite nice and menu was not overly epensive.

Ok stay at the Dragonfly

Lovely hotel, just the room had no main light so it was a bit dark, also the shower was nice apart for the temperature control, it was either cold or hot just couldn’t get a happy medium. Breakfast the next morning was really good.

Overall, a comfortable stay.

Overall the stay was good, very comfortable bed, very little noise inside the hotel, could hear some road noise though, breakfast okay. Only downside this visit was an unpleasant drain smell from bathroom (not noticeable with door closed).

Easy to get to, although we were too early to check in and had to leave to get to a festival the staff looked after our overnight bags and was very easy to check in when we returned….room very clean, nice big TV, staff helpful and friendly, will def stay again…
