"Good"

"No hangers in the room, shower didn’t work properly at all, no icemakers worked, had to walk up to a separate building for breakfast, tables weren’t wiped down in between customers, we asked for a first floor room and ended up in a different building at the bottom of the hill. Not handicap friendly at all. The room smelled like weed."

"We prepaid for two nights and left after the first night. No lobby No staff on sight Given a code by phone to unlock the door Heat in the room was 82 degrees and could not be turned off. The window air conditioner going at full blast finally hit 76 Shower did not drain properly Owner was uncooperative- no credit given"

"We enjoyed our comfortable, clean, and quiet room in this beautiful hotel. The location is great for walking around downtown, and the view from the restaurant is wonderful, as was the breakfast!"

"We chose a bay view room and the window was very dirty and also the pillows were very uncomfortable. Had a drs appointment first thing in the morning went to use the shower and could not figure out how to get the shower to work and shower head was very dirty."
