"Self checkin was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Heat and AC worked well when temps ranged from 40-75 outside! The facilities are older but well maintained."

"The location is close to restaurants, to Niagara University and the music facilities. The room was clean and beds comfortable however other features are dated. The air conditioning/ heating unit worked but was very noisy. Spoke to manager before leaving so they would be aware of issue. Parking maybe limited but safe. "

"No housekeeping at all for my entire week, internet is weak and slow and rooms are outdated with garage sale furniture and a constant musty smell."
