"Another fantastic stay at Moat House for my parents, who simply won't stay anywhere else when they're visiting the area! The whole team were phenomenal from start to finish. Apologies that we didn't manage to get everyone's names, but Hannah on reception was amazing at check-in, and Kirsty was excellent at check-out. "Unfortunately the bathroom shower was really bad. Impossible to turn it on and adjust temp without getting soaked outside the tub . Water sprayed the floor and whole shower experience was average . Bed comfy but pillows lumpy ."

"The Belfry trades heavily on its famous name, but the experience doesn’t justify the premium price. My room was clean but very dated, with no air conditioning and only a noisy fan that made sleeping difficult even before the real issue started. The biggest disappointment was the late-night noise. Guests drinking on the terraces created a constant level of shouting and disturbance that was completely at odds with what you’d expect from a luxury golf resort.
