"Amazing! I booked a room with the balcony and it’s was beautiful overlooking the bay! The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast had a large assortment too. "Nice hotel but they tell you that you have to pay $30 for Valet parking that there is no parking at the hotel. This is very misleading. There is a parking garage right across the street. We were there only one night and although the front desk tried to talk us out of it, we took our chances. Cost us $7 for our overnight stay. Pffft!"

"We stayed 3 nights. We had to ask for more fresh towels and washcloths. They should have been replaced daily in the terribly hot weather that we were out in, and lots of showers. Also there Was only one working elevator for all of the floors. So we spent quite a lot of time just waiting along with others."

"Overall, we like the Andaz, but this visit has some concerns . They are experiencing issues with their A/C system so the first room we were in would never cool.
